Refund- Course Cancellation Policy
DENTAL FUTURE CENTER (DFC)

To cancel your registration, please send an email to director@dentalfuturecenter.com with your name, location and date of the seminar or call us at (215)- 367-1866

This refund shall be subject to the date of notice of cancellation, method of payment and is course specific.

Courses canceled by Dental Future Center (DFC):
DFC shall issue a full refund to participants, or a full credit for future courses at DFC.

Course Exchange:
A full credit towards registration for a future similar course may be issued to participants or associates in the event of a late cancellation. Participants can reschedule for other dates for similar courses at any time and a full credit will be given for rescheduled courses.

Course canceled by Participant:
An administrative fee of $50 will be applied, irrespective of the course type and the date of cancellation. An additional non-refundable fee of $299 will be deducted from the total tuition amount for the Comprehensive Endodontic Training course ONLY.

Credit card payment method:
Refund will be issued less an administrative fee ($50) and a credit card payment fee (3.5% of the total tuition amount) if your request is received no later than 10 days before the course date.

Check payment method:
If you paid with a check, a refund will be issued less an administrative fee ($50) if your refund request is received no later than 10 days prior to the seminar date.

Time to process a refund:
All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment.

If the original payment was made by credit card, you will receive your refund back to the same credit card used. Depending on your bank, it might take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your account.

If the original payment was made by check, a check will be mailed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund check.
